"Spent 2 hours on the phone with a different State Farm because they wanted to pitch me other things I didn’t need so I decided to call this State Farm and I spoke with Rashad and he was absolutely awesome. I wanted a specific policy that I built online and he was happy to give me exactly what I wanted. He politely offered some things but didn’t give me a hard time when I declined. He was respectful and very helpful in every aspect. I spent a total of about 22 minutes on the phone with him and got everything done, compared to the 2 hours over 2 days that I wasted on the phone with the other people. I will definitely be calling them back for any of my insurance needs. Give Rashad a raise!"
