"Ashley’s handling of my billing inquiry was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

It took Ashley two days to get back to me regarding my billing concerns. When she finally contacted me, she initially insisted that my bill was correct and stated that she had already reviewed the matter with the billing department. However, she had not properly verified the June billing statement and ultimately had to conduct further investigation.

After that, I asked her to explain the breakdown of my August billing statement. Despite previously stating that she had reviewed the billing and that everything was correct, she was unable—or unwilling—to clearly explain the charges and how the total was calculated.

My concern was not simply whether the bill was correct. I was asking for a clear explanation of the charges so I could understand exactly what I was being billed for. Instead of addressing my questions, Ashley refused to provide an explanation and ultimately ended the call by hanging up on me.

I believe this interaction warrants management review. Customers should be provided with accurate information, reasonable assistance in understanding their bills, and professional treatment throughout the interaction. If a representative cannot explain a billing discrepancy or breakdown, the appropriate response should be to investigate further or escalate the issue—not terminate the call.

I am requesting that a supervisor review the June and August billing statements, review the notes and handling of my call, and provide me with a clear explanation of the charges. I would also like this interaction addressed as a customer-service concern."
